About the West Virginia operator exams

Water operator certification in West Virginia is administered by WV DHHR Office of Environmental Health Services (OEHS) — Environmental Engineering Division, Certification & Training (C&T) Program. The exact certification structure, exam format, and continuing-education requirements vary and change over time, so always confirm the current scope and eligibility directly with the agency. Our practice content focuses on the underlying technical material — the same operating principles, math, regulations, and treatment chemistry that show up on virtually every US drinking-water operator exam.
