How Oregon classifies drinking-water operators
Oregon Drinking Water Services certifies operators at Levels 1 (entry) through 4 (highest) for both Water Treatment (WT) and Water Distribution (WD) — water systems with 151 or more connections require Level 1-4 certification (OAR 333-061-0235).
